In accordance with our ethical policy, ROTEKS;
Aims to fully comply with legal regulations, ethical and professional principles and universal rules in all policies and procedures it develops
Supports and makes no concessions on providing working conditions that comply with the fundamental rules outlined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights
Expects all employees to behave honestly and fairly on and off the company premises
Consistently observes legal and social rights and acts fairly in its relations with both its personnel and its business partners
Maintains the data confidentiality and respects privacy in all of its relationships
Insists that ethical rules must be followed in all commercial relations, avoiding unfair profits, and that all commercial and social decisions are taken free of any conflicts of interest, and without the influence of personal interests

An Ethics Line has been established to ensure that all ethical misconducts of relevance to Roteks Tekstil İhr.San.ve Tic. A.Ş. are reported to the Roteks Ethics Council.
In all Ethics Line reports, no personal information is requested in any way and all information will be kept confidential.
Roteks Management provides its utmost assurance that the persons who report a misconduct in good faith and honesty, or who participate or assist in the examination during the Ethics Council review process, will not be harmed or disadvantaged in any way.
All reported violations will be examined by Roteks Ethics Council within a short timeframe and appropriate actions / measures will be taken in accordance with the decisions made by the Roteks Ethics Council.
